		<description>Oh how I wish I was back in Japan. Why are Japanese noodles in Australia made with wheat?? I spent 6 months in Japan in 1979, after I finished my degree in Japanese at University. I met so many people who had never even seen a non-Japanese person before. It was fabulous. I travelled around by train and stayed with people or in minshuku. It was wonderful for a 20 year old blonde Aussie girl! I read your blog often. I can smell those noodles now. mmmm...</description>
