I decided to plant garlic in two rows across the width of the plot. Firstly, a row 45 cm wide was prepared.
Individual garlic cloves were then planted at a depth of 5 cm. These were spaced 15 cm apart, at intervals of 10 cm.
At present, 35 of the 36 cloves have sprouted and all four of the Aomori variety. These were planted at the end of Setember.
