Recipes

Here is my fledgling collection of recipes. My intention is to build this up, in the main with foods taken from the garden.

My favourite.

Standard stuff I always forget the quantities.

Most of the books I've read on foreign cuisine, seemed to comprise of poncy dishes you would find in any capital city.

I hope to be able to offer a more realistic perspective, based on what I eat every day.

In addition to what was mentioned above, I hope to add some ideas on what to do when overhelmed with veg.
